Panorama’s menu features rich Continental European cuisine with a heavy accent on Italian and seafood dishes. Steak and seafood lovers will appreciate the select cuts of meat and fresh seafood cooked on the Spanish Josper Grill. The menu’s Ukrainian page offers rich interpretations of traditional dishes. Chef’s recommendations include Caprese with buffalo mozzarella and pesto sauce, the tuna Nicoise salad, and tenderloin steak with garlic potatoes. From the Spanish Josper, try the rib eye steak or salmon fillet with Philadelphia horseradish sauce and potato puree.
