From Thursday, February 7th till Wednesday, March 13th, Videnski Bulochky Bäckerei will host "Wandering..." by Oksana Bohuslavs'ka. This small exhibit features paintings that illustrate the artist's wanderings through Lviv's picturesque side streets and courtyards. No admission fee.

From Friday, February 15th till Thursday, March 7th Gary Bowman Gallery will host Black and White World in Which Color Lives by Ivetta Klyuchkovs'ka. The exhibit will feature graphic illustrations by the artist. No admission fee.

From Saturday, February 16th till Sunday, March 10th, the ICONART gallery will host Dream of the Third Day featuring sacral paintings by Luts'k artist Serhiy Radkevych, who lives and works in Lviv. Admission is free.

From Thursday, February 28th till Thursday, March 28th, visit the Salo Modern Art Museum to check out March Cats by Vasya Lozhkin, a Russian artist and blogger. Lozhkin's paintings can be warm and witty, or crazy and cruel - he portrays parallel world – the world of psychosis, madness, extreme forms of mental states, visions and hallucinations. Admission is free.

From Thursday, February 28th, till Wednesday, March 6th, Lviv will host the VOX ELECTRONICA Festival of Electroacoustic Music. The goal of the festival is to reveal and depict a huge potential of a new concept of experimental academic electroacoustic music and create an international platform as unique area for artists’ of different countries (compositors, performers and authors of visual art) experience exchange and creative experiment lab.

On Friday, March 1st, at 7 pm head over to the Mykola Lysenko Lviv State Academy of Music to catch a concert featuring compositions by Jon Marius Aareskjold, Gregor A. Meyrhofer, Cinar Timur, and Serhiy Zelensky. This free concert is a part of the VOX ELECTRONICA Festival 2013.

On Friday, March 1st, at 7 pm head over to “Khymera” (Chimera) Concert Hall to catch Tartak, a popular hip-hop/rapcore/alternative crossover band from Ukraine. They mix styles of guitar rock, hip-hop and dance music to produce energetic compositions and lyrics. Tickets cost 80-100 UAH (about 8-10 Euro).

On Friday, March 1st, at 7:30 p.m. head to Hrushevsky Cinema Jazz to check out Cats, a musical composed by Andrew Lloyd Webber, as well as enjoy some jazz, rousing twist and rock&roll with Jazz Trio and Cadillac. No cover charge. Call ahead to reserve a table.

On Friday, March 1st, at 9 pm head over to L’UFT Pub to catch a concert by Bubblehead. The band is known for their upbeat and diverse repertoire, witty monologues, and theatrical performances. Tickets cost 10 UAH (about 1 Euro).
